Job Purpose :

For 50 years, ROYAL CANIN® is a leading worldwide brand in health nutrition for cats and dogs. Individualization of our product portfolio and direct to consumer have become key enablers in our vision 2025 to advance our leadership.
The production coordinator plays a key role in the deployment of the My Veep service. He is in charge of the mixing, the packaging and the shipping.
On a daily basis, he will be responsible for inventory management, production and equipment maintenance.
He will interact with the My Veep project team, the operators of the Saint-Cannat site, as well as some key partners: Iconec (IT system), the machine manufacturer, ...

Key responsibilites :

• Day to day operations management (stock check, quotation request to suppliers, PO request, orders)
• Delivery follow-up & issues management: address search and interface with DPD
• Kibbles stock management: Based on the St Cannat stock, orders production to the R&D pilot
• Interface with Eurofins for the swabs management (delivery, results, etc..)
• Quality records
• Responses to customer care tickets (tracking, documents, etc....)
• MyVeep IT system bug level 0 support
• Equipment bug support (machines)
• Calibration monitoring (twice a year for scales and metal detectors)
• Site visit management

Context & Scope :

The coordinator is in charge of the daily production: receiving orders, mixing, packaging, shipping in close collaboration with the operator present on site.
Inventory management is carried out on a weekly basis.
The coordinator is also in daily contact with many stakeholders via meetings, conference calls, …
He/she must have some technical skills.
He/she is comfortable with the use of computer / internet solutions.
He/she is autonomous and at ease with problem solving.

Profile :

• BAC +2 degree
• Supply / production experience
• Able to exchange in English with the stakeholders
• At ease with IT system and Software
