Key Responsibilities/职位描述
Functional Expert Services Delivery
· Provides detailed functional expertise to Key Users and P&O associates for our iTMS TA module ensuring our P&O technology solutions and process are brought to life and used effectively at Mars. Holds a general understanding of Services Management practices and methods such as SLA management, incident management and problem solving management.
· Talent Acquisition technical issue and incident management inclusive of troubleshooting, full resolution and documentation; develops and provides inputs to solutions and if needed, escalates to resolver teams e.g. Global Functional Expert and / or Mars Information Services COE as part of agreed SLA's and other Services Management practices; tracking and continued ownership of escalated issues; in cases where solutions lead to continuous improvement opportunities FE TA is responsible to lead testing, training, documentation and communication in the region as part of the implementation of the new solutions.
· Ensures service levels are being met and proactively engages with customers on the status of their cases.
· Lead the development of key user and end user training for iTMS TA module ensuring key users/end users clearly understand their roles and responsibilities in the TA services delivery process.
· Lead the tracking of all issues/incidents and/or requests in the MyP&O Case console and provide updates on status of cases to customers or project teams. Lead the identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects/initiatives when consistent issues arise in the TA module/process in iTMS.
· Assign and maintain security roles and access for key and end users. Uphold data privacy requirements.
· Key partner in the TA community proactively sharing knowledge and best practices across the global community and providing FE coverage for other regions, when needed.
· Partner with Global Functional Expert (GFE) TA on critical Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
· Drive data integrity and accuracy controls, reporting and address of exceptions.
· Monitors and reports health of the delivery operations across services through defined metrics.
· Perform system administration tasks, as defined.
Ongoing enhancements (CIPs)
· Provide consultation and guidance to TA customers and requestors to drive global standards.
· Lead discussions to understand requests for TA system changes or new functionality in enough depth to create and recommend new Business Requirements Documents (Project Request Documents) accurately reflecting business needs.
· Write and/or contribute to the detailed specification of new functionality or changes required.
· Represent the region in all aspects of system change management (raising change requests, prioritization of activities, testing new functionality, communicating change to end users, etc.).
· Organize testing and sign-off of new TA functionality and ensure its communication and implementation.
· Continuously develop deeper knowledge for the TA iTMS application (system) through self-learning and on-going training.
· Actively engage the SuccessFactors community to stay abreast with latest developments to be able to represent functional expertise for respective iTMS module, whilst partnering with the GFE in representing /influence Mars's needs of future solutions capabilities.
Key User and Business Community
· Responsible to drive Key User communities coverage and capability to ensure that end users (P&O, LM's and Associates) effectively can bring our P&O solutions to life for their People Processes.
· Lead the development and/or on-going management of the TA key user network and downstream system owners within the region in order to ensure on-going communication and sharing of best practices with this community.
· Ensure that an appropriate training plan is in place and coordinate the ongoing delivery of training to key users.
· Build and maintain communication channels to keep all Key Users and partners informed about the P&O TA system roadmap and critical events, e.g. regarding changes, new features, process, outages, projects, and/or issues management.
Projects delivery roles
· Responsible for regional/global project management, identification and escalation of global impacts, and participation in global projects.
· Serve as functional project expert on Wave 2 TA services delivery for MyP&O.
· Develop and implement a communication plan to Key Users and other customers of iTMS TA system.
· Manage testing cycles including assigning project roles, developing scripts, assign project roles to complete testing requirements.
Qualifications/任职条件
1. Education & Professional Qualification
· Knowledge, skills, and capabilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree program in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
· Working knowledge of P&O processes / systems /information
· IT literate, background in other Systems
· Project Management / Services Management and/or Process Management classes or certification an advantage
2. Knowledge/Experience
· Required: Minimum 2 years applicant tracking system administration experience OR similar experience in Mars in a solution support capability
· Preferred: SuccessFactors recruiting experience; SaaS/Cloud based system administration experience; Experience with relational database report development and writing; Talent Acquisition / HR operational experience
· Working in an international business environment.
· Experience of advanced problem solving, e.g. must be able to work in both a business process level and troubleshoot systems issues at the detailed operational level
· Strong organizational and communication skills
