Propósito del Rol

Identifica las áreas de oportunidad de crecimiento para alcanzar nuestra visión de expandir nuestra distribución numérica & modelos de ruta al Mercado, de manera rentable.

Encargado del análisis, la estrategia, la planeación, implementación y seguimiento de nuevos proyectos con impacto directo al Building Block de Ventas y rentabilidad de cada Centro de distribución.

Busca constantemente ser más eficientes en nuestras rutas, maximizando su potencial y desarrollando nuevos modelos de distribución.

·  Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de RTM.
·  Diseña, coordina y desarrolla proyectos RTM que tengan relevancia e impacto para la compañía.
·  Realiza reportes de seguimiento semanal y mensual de iniciativas y proyectos RTM.
·  Análisis de procesos de venta y distribución, identificando oportunidades para diseño/cambios/mejoras de modelos de distribución que nos ayuden a lograr nuestra ambición de ruta al mercado de manera rentable y crecimiento de distribución numérica.
·  Diseña, y desarrolla mejores soluciones a los procesos de ventas y distribución, utilizando para ellos las herramientas correctas y adecuadas.
·  Realiza presentaciones y reportes ejecutivos de los proyectos RTM.
·  Implementación y seguimiento de nuevos proyectos. (Nuevos modelos de distribución, apertura cedis, rutas nuevas, optimizaciones, re-balanceos, etc)
·  Buscar la eficiencia y rentabilidad de nuestra operación, cuidando el presupuesto asignado, con proyectos que maximicen nuestro potencial de ventas, para lograr un gasto operativo sano.

Experiencias Clave

Licenciatura. Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Mercadotecnia o áreas afines.

Experiencia de más de 3 a 5 años como Analista RTM, Administración de Ventas, Ventas Detalle.

Idioma requerido: Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado

Excel Avanzado.

Utilizar herramientas / programas de mapeo y optimización. (Map info)

·  Optimización de ruta al mercado en comercio al detalle
·  Conocimiento de diferentes modelos de distribución
·  Desarrollo y coordinación de proyectos
