As one of the two UNCLE BEN’S dry rice factories in the world (!), we produce 800 million rice servings per year! That's why we are always looking for interns who are passionate and curious about working in a production environment and who want to gain experience in one of our many departments (such a Supply, Logistics, Engineering, Safety, Finance, Quality and HR).

In good hands for a fast start

Moving from lecture halls to Mars is exciting. We invest a lot in making this a smooth transition. They are guided by committed line managers and/or a personal buddy. As part of a team, they assume general tasks while taking on projects requiring own responsibility. How well this works becomes obvious during regular feedback sessions with their line manager. During the internship you will receive feedback, tips & tricks for both functional and personal development.

Not only will you be great at coming up with new ideas, you’ll have the confidence to share them with the business/your team. Conditions

·  Duration internship: minimum 2 months – maximum 12 months
·  We tend to recruit locally, hence only European nationality will be considered.  
·  Cost related to the internship can be declared in certain situations.
