Our Global Mobility Team (GMT) is a centre of excellence handling all Mars" international moves, currently involving approximately 750 expatriates and growing. Our regional team based in Slough looks after all international moves within the Mars Inc Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business, playing a critical role in helping drive the success of globally admired brands like Galaxy, Mars, Wrigley, Pedigree, Uncle Bens and Royal Canin .

As Global Mobility Advisor reporting to our Global Mobility Manager, you"ll business partner with one or two of our smaller business segments on their talent agenda and be handling international assignments and permanent relocations. As the Assignee Relationship Manager, you"ll co-ordinate all aspects of the associates" international moves. That"ll mean building strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing great customer service, producing documentation and information at timely stages and ensuring that other re evant parties are kept informed. Depending on your level of experience, you may also be responsible for:

· mentoring other Relationship Managers
· managing a small team
· setting up and delivering training for HR co-pilots
· running your own projects from inception to conclusion.

Degree-qualified and/or with professional qualification in HR, Mobility and/or Tax, you"ll preferably have a track record in international mobility but must be able to take ownership of and resolve/close issues. Strong on organisation and planning and with a clear ability to prioritise a demanding workload, you"re an excellent all-round communicator who can build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels within the business and rapidly empathise with people from different backgrounds.
