Position based in Warsaw (office located in the City Center);

What are we looking for?

·  Diverse IT / business experience as a systems analyst
·  Proven experience in complex integrated technology and business systems environments
·  Production support, system maintenance, and enhancement experience
·  Experience in solution design, testing, and implementation projects within a large, global organization
·  Relevant functional/business process experience in Accounts Receivable process which includes cash, collections and deduction management
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and deal with ambiguity
·  Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact with technical and business resources including vendors
·  Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others and drive consensus across a diverse group of functional, technical, and business resources with conflicting or competing priorities
·  Ability to drive work to completion effectively in self-directed manner
·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
·  SAP experience required

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support the design and development of technology or process solutions
·  Leverage leading process, technology, and industry expertise to propose appropriate solution options.
·  Translate business requirements into technology solutions
·  Coordinate solution definition / delivery activities with vendors as required
·  Proactively identify and effectively assess improvement opportunities
·  Ensure smooth daily operations of all our AR systems including integrations to other systems
·  Provide regular reports on systems performance
·  Lead ideas and opportunities for continuous AR solution development and improvements
·  Ensure regular backup operations, appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures are in place
·  Lead and coordinate with the business and external vendors on all activities relating to application of releases/upgrades.
·  Support regular vendor performance assessment
