Executive Assistant

Salary - £28,000 - £42,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location - Paddington

At our Paddington office we are currently recruiting for a bright, resourceful and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Multisales Regional Leadership team. You will play a pivotal role within the team, performing administrative tasks while identifying and addressing the needs of senior associates.

In this role you will:

·  Act as gatekeeper for any requests, calls or meetings.
·  Provide exceptional administrative support to the team.
·  Project manage with expertise projects and agendas of multiple senior leaders.
·  Decide, plan and execute complex, detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
·  Locate, organize and process all travel & personal expenses using appropriate systems and ensure governance of approval and submission.
·  Take the initiative to identify and undertake opportunities that add value to the efficient operation of the team and the office.
·  Liaise and network with other business administrators to learn and implement best practice.

To do this role you’ll need:

·  Candidates are required to have functional/technical proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook. In addition, expertise in using conference call technology, VC - Polycom, Sharepoint, Skype for Business.
·  Previous experience in large FMCG, matrixed organization is essential.
·  Previous experience of providing administrative support and co-ordinating events is essential, ideally working with / for senior leaders / international associates.
·  This role requires a high degree of independence and motivation to prioritise workload as well as the resilience and ability to manage at high pace while remaining calm under pressure.
·  The job-holder must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally and have a desire to proactively make continuous improvements.
·  The job-holder must bring effective event management experience.
