European Artwork Deployment Expert

Salary: £26,300 - £32,900

This role is principally about the project management of any artwork related projects within the Petcare Segment. The Artwork Deployment Expert handles Artwork Projects to deliver excellence in design execution ensuring adherence to the relevant processes and is responsible for the data management within the artwork process framework. It should be noted that a background in artwork management/design is not essential for this position.

What are we looking for?

·  Apprentice in Business sector and professional experience or University Graduates
·  Fluent in English (written & spoken), other languages beneficial
·  Functional experience preferred in Project Management, Marketing / Packaging / Graphics*

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Create & handle time plans for the Artwork process elements of the project
·  Coordinate with Marketing, R&D Packs and R&D Product to ensure timely design approval
·  Timely delivery of EAN codes, pack codes, language group, master pack copy
·  Data management within the Veritas system.
·  Run 'Post Project Design Reviews' to ensure project learnings are collected/shared
·  Work with our internal partner 'Packaging Graphics & Compliance' to ensure all design elements and legal text are suitable for printing
·  Work with our external Design agency partners to align technical aspects of artwork
·  Key User & Functional expert for the Printed Pack Specification systems
