Job Purpose/Overview

Customer sales analyst is responsible for supporting sales information needs across all segments and channels in CA4 (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua). The role is expected to collect, analyze, report and deliver sales data with the objective of maximizing sales productivity.

The job holder will be accountable for visibility of GSV performance, as well as key distributor and customer information (sell in, sell out, inventory levels). Adequate definition and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to improve sales efficiencies and accelerate decision making.

He/she will also analyze internal and external factors that can impact fulfillment of plans and objectives in the region. The role is also expected to transform data insights into robust recommendations and generate concrete action plans that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

·  Provide analysis to identify trends and insights within the data to aid in strategic decisions.
·  Leverage raw data into actionable insights. Assemble standardized and customized analysis/reports from multiple data sources (Sell-In, Distributor Sales, Customer POS, etc.) that yield insights and support the development of customer/territory solutions.
·  Develop templates and tools for sales team to facilitate business reviews and forecasting process. Work with demand planner by providing him/her with necessary sell in - sell out trends and distributor information
·  Seek ways to deliver continuous improvement in the process (better, faster) that deliver data that leads to action, prevents issues and advances decision making
·  Monitoring of invoicing and sales phasing within the period
·  Act as an integral part of CCA Sales Operations team in the identification of CCA information needs, formulation of appropriate responses consistent with best practices, and delivery of requested information in a timely manner

Context and Scope

·  The jobholder uses different data sources to generate relevant information and recommendations for the sales team to develop action plans and fulfill business objectives
·  Generate in-depth analysis to evaluate performance, track results and identify opportunities in the region
·  This role is an individual contributor. It is essential for him/her to develop a close relationship with relevant sales team and distributor contacts to ensure collaboration.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:

·  University diploma/college degree in engineering, statistics, operations, business, marketing or related
·  Advanced English (oral and written)

Knowledge/Experience

·  2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, planning or operations
·  Solid organization and planning skills
·  Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis
·  Mastery of Excel
·  Strong communication both written and verbal
