Mars Wrigley is looking for a Customer Quota Coordinator in Hackettstown, NJ.
The Customer Quota Coordinator position is primarily responsible for setting, validating, changing, and cancelling all quotas in the SAP order system (APO). Quotas are item quantities that are attached to individual customers that enable the SAP order system to properly release products from our warehouses to our customers. Quotas are set for all special packs, seasonal items and constrained stock that Mars Wrigley sells. The Customer Quota Coordinator will also be responsible for entering Early Delivery Dates (EDRs), First Delivery Dates and Rationalized/Hard Stops as needed, in SAP. The purpose of the role is to enable successful execution of promotions, in order to improve our Case Fill and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires good follow-up with several key stakeholders including Sales Operations and Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
-Point of contact for all seasonal, special packs promotions, and constrained stock quota settings in the SAP order system
-Communicates regularly with Sales Operations to receive all customer quotas for all Mars Wrigley Confectionary special packs
-Communicates the status of all changes/updates to Sales Operations to execute the release of orders
-Validation and troubleshooting of technical issues
-Communicates with SAP FE (Functional Expert) when there are issues that are causing failures in setting/changing quotas
-Creates and updates the quota trackers
Context and Scope
-Manage Customer quota in SAP system
-Enter and monitor Delivery Dates and Rationalizations
-Partner with Sales Operations to appropriately update quota during Hierarchy changes
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business Operations Management, Systems Management, Finance or related discipline or 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following business areas: Logistics, Customer Care, or Finance
- Possesses good functional and technical skill
- Prior knowledge of SAP is helpful, but not required
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills (oral, written, listening)
- Works well under tight time-frames
- Ability to ask clarifying questions in order to be able to execute correctly
- Service attitude
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
