Job Purpose
The CPFR Analyst is the direct communication link between MARS Supply Chain, Sales and Walmart Replenishment. The position manages the strategic supply replenishment planning process for a category of items and ensures Walmart’s in stock expectations are consistently achieved. The position also supports the preparation, communication, and flow of inventory for Walmart’s promotional events.
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities
· Monitor the overall alignment database to avoid affecting the level of service.
· Link between Mars & Walmart to ensure proper implementation of catalogs per store-format-Client.
· Interact with the customer directly on a daily basis and drive initiatives and process improvements with the customer.
· Expert in the internal processes of Mars and Walmart, to be efficient in the process of replenishment and ensure optimal inventory level (In Stock) in the store.
· Link between Mars - WM for achieving the logistics objectives of the JBP (Fill Rate, Dates on Hand and In Stock, OTIF) established by both companies.
· Interpreted high volumes of complex data and make replenishment recommendations to the Walmart team.
· Expert performance indicators Customer, the evaluation methodology and data sources.
· Act as the onsite expert in the MARS and Walmart supply chain relationship and process and share the expertise to develop innovative solutions to causal drivers that impact forecast accuracy and retail in stock.
· Link WM - Mars to realize business strategies at the point of sale displays, filled channel, drained of surplus, obsolete kick.
· Review Key Performance Indicator trends & develop plans for improvement.
· Analysis and proposals for WM system strategies to ensure the supply according to the inventories objectives.
· Lead Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales Marketing, Operations, Transportation and the customer to develop and improve POS forecasts to ensure excellent Supplier Performance Scorecard metrics (case fill rate, on time delivery, etc.)
· Back up for CPFR CA4 (NI, SV, HN & GT) role.
· Other functional tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Education & Professional Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Retail Link & GRS knowledge preferred
Knowledge/Experience
· English Fluency and Spanish.
· 2 years of work-related experience
