Cloud & Architecture Sr. Analyst – Guararema/SP

The Key responsibility of this role is to manage some aspects of world class Cloud services (on-prem and cloud based), web-hosting, servers platforms, application virtualization, remote desktop platform, data storage, compliance & security capabilities which could include some or all of designing, building and managing the infrastructure to enable applications that drive the Mars businesses.

What are we looking for?

·  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent business experience
·  Extensive working knowledge and experience of deploying, securing and integrating applications/systems within public cloud environments (Azure, AWS & GCP)
·  Working technical knowledge of automation using a variety of tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, Runbooks, ARM Templates, Terraform and Azure DevOps
·  Working experience with Cloud secrets management such as Cloud vaults, key management & rotation
·  Familiar with containerization including building secure container images, architectural design, monitoring and security tooling for CI/CD pipelines
·  Familiar with production grade containerized deployments and orchestration at scale such as Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
·  Mandatory Fluent English Skills.
·  Versatile knowledge in infra structure areas with a strong learning agility

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Leadership for some aspects of the definition, development, continuous improvement, day to day operations and expansion of the Cloud services with the defined service levels.
·  Lead service reviews with key customers to gather continuous improvements requests and anticipate risks to service delivery. Measure and publish performance of key support operational processes through agreed OLAs (incident, problem, change and configuration management)
·  Manage and develop a team of Contractors including an offshore team of support contractors
·  Learns quickly when facing new problems and grasp the essence of underlying infrastructure and how best to apply change.
·  Drives activities and gets things done through others and might need to work across multiple cultures and time zones.
·  Drives innovation through good judgment and creative ideas
·  Has Technical & Functional foresight to identify emerging trends which should be leveraged as part of the Global Cloud Architecture
