Job description

What You’ll Do:

As our Welcome Desk Agent, you'll be the heartbeat of the guest experience – the first face they see, the first smile they remember. You will:

Greet every guest with a warm, magnetic welcome

Handle check-ins and check-outs with flair and efficiency

Personalize stays by anticipating needs and sharing insider tips on our hotel and the local scene

Respond to guest requests using our Whatever/Whenever philosophy

Coordinate with other teams to deliver seamless, wow-worthy service

Own the lobby experience – keeping energy high, music flowing, and vibes unforgettable
Who You Are:

Charismatic, confident, and guest-obsessed

Passionate about lifestyle, fashion, design, and culture

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Calm under pressure and always ready to make it happen

Tech-savvy with basic computer and reservation systems experience (OPERA knowledge is a plus)

Previous hospitality experience is not required – just the right attitude and energy
