Your Mission
As a Welcome Ambassador, you’ll set the tone for every arrival and departure, ensuring each guest feels valued and energized from the moment they step into W Prague. You’ll be more than a greeter—you’ll be an insider, connector, and problem solver who brings the W spirit to life.

What You’ll Do

Create warm welcomes and fond farewells for every guest.

Assist with luggage, transportation, and valet services.

Provide insider tips on the hotel, city hotspots, and local attractions.

Support with concierge-style requests—whether arranging dining, printing boarding passes, or delivering in-room amenities.

Maintain a stylish, professional, and welcoming lobby atmosphere.

Work closely with Concierge, Front Office, and Style (Housekeeping) teams to deliver seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

A natural connector who thrives in guest-facing roles.

Strong communication skills in English and Czech (additional languages are a plus).

Positive energy, charisma, and the confidence to engage with people from all walks of life.

Physical stamina and readiness to assist with luggage handling.

Valid driver’s license.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is welcome, but we value personality and passion first.
