About the Role:

As a Welcome Ambassador , you’ll be the first and last impression our guests have of W Prague. You’ll bring the energy, style, and warmth that defines our brand. From the moment a guest steps through the door, you’ll be there to greet, guide, assist, and delight them – ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests and assist with arrivals/departures

Escort guests, open doors, and offer insights into hotel features

Handle luggage, storage, and transportation requests

Support guest requests across departments (e.g., restaurant recommendations, delivering amenities)

Engage with guests in the lobby and public areas, building authentic connections

Ensure smooth vehicle flow and communicate parking procedures

Maintain a high level of security and awareness

Always present yourself with impeccable grooming and style

Follow safety, emergency, and confidentiality protocols

Be a brand ambassador – embodying the W attitude and spirit in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

Fluency in Czech and English (additional languages a plus)

Confident communicator with great listening skills

Able to lift, move, and transport luggage (with or without assistance)

A natural team player with strong integrity and dependability

Well-groomed and stylish, with attention to detail in personal presentation

Possession of a valid driver’s license 

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience not required – your attitude and energy are what count most

No supervisory experience needed
