Your Role

As part of theWelcome team, you’ll handle daily operational tasks while embodying the W spirit. You’ll guide guests through the check-in/check-out process, respond to their needs with enthusiasm, and consistently deliver high service standards that reflect our brand identity.

 

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with professionalism and personality, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service that leaves a lasting impression.

Act as an ambassador for the W brand—providing insider tips, promoting hotel services, and ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.

Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, and in person; coordinate with internal departments to ensure requests are fulfilled.

Process payments, verify charges, manage billing, and oversee deferred payments with accuracy.

During night shifts, ensure the safety and security of the property, resolve guest concerns, and manage overnight operations.

Complete daily financial reports and contribute to internal communication materials such as the hotel newsletter.

Rotate between day and night shifts according to the team schedule.

 

PROFILE

Previous experience in a 5* hotel reception area

Fluent in French and English, a 3rd language is appreciated

You are highly motivated

Excellent communication skills

Real interests for the brand valeues W of taste, sound, body, scene and stance

Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
