Your Role
Service and Enthusiasm: Within our bars, you will take orders and serve customers in a cheerful, enthusiastic, professional and thorough manner, using appropriate sales techniques.
A natural born salesperson: You will be a natural born salesperson, striving to achieve the targets set.
Cleanliness and Organisation: You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the tables during service and will ensure that the tableware is perfect and ready on time.
Payment Management: You will control the bills and their payment.
Culinary passion: You have a passion for cocktails and bar service.
Collaboration: You will respond to the various requests of your Talent Coach and work in harmony with a dynamic team.
PROFILE
Outgoing personality: Outgoing, cheerful, sociable and a good listener.
Language skills: Fluency in French and English.
Team spirit: You enjoy working in an international and adventurous team.
Impeccable presentation: An excellent presentation, representative of the W brand image.
Training and experience: BAC PRO / CFC / BTS Restauration or 2 years in a similar role.
Attitude: You're dynamic, motivated and ready for a challenge.
Sharing our brand values: taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Attention to detail: Great attention to detail and a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
Position to be filled for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026
