As a W Insider , you're more than just a hotel host. You're a storyteller, connector, and cultural insider. You know the coolest spots in the city, from underground galleries to the latest fashion pop-ups, and you use that insider knowledge to elevate every guest’s experience.

This is not your average front-of-house role. The W Insider creates moments that surprise, delight, and inspire —before, during, and after each guest's stay.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Engage: Personally welcome and build authentic relationships with guests throughout their stay.

Inspire: Provide personalized tips and recommendations on the city’s hidden gems and trending spots.

Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing, B&F, Music Curator, Sales, and PR to elevate the W experience.

Elevate: Curate WOW moments for Bonvoy members, VIPs, celebrities, and high-profile guests.

Communicate: Ensure insider knowledge and guest preferences are shared with relevant departments.

Activate: Be the face of W Happenings, local events, and brand experiences, in and outside the hotel.

Connect: Cultivate a strong local network to deliver exclusive access for our guests.
YOU ARE

A local trendsetter who knows where to go and what’s hot in town.

Charismatic, energetic, and a natural people-person .

Passionate about fashion, music, design, and nightlife .

Confident in guest-facing situations with excellent communication and organizational skills.

A creative thinker who is always one step ahead in crafting unforgettable experiences.
REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in lifestyle hospitality or luxury guest service is a plus.

Strong local network and genuine passion for Prague’s cultural scene.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
