WHAT YOU’LL DO:

·  Welcome guests with presence and purpose, ensuring every interaction feels personal and thoughtful.
·  Provide insider guidance and local knowledge, offering guests access to the most distinct cultural and community experiences.
·  Coordinate closely with teams across the hotel to ensure seamless service, with emphasis on atmosphere, trust, and anticipation.
·  Handle all guest interactions — check-ins, check-outs, preferences, special requests — with clarity, calm, and care.

WHO YOU ARE:

·  A naturally curious, present, and engaging individual, passionate about meaningful service and memorable design.
·  Someone who pays attention to detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional, sensory experiences.
·  Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) with prior hospitality or guest-facing experience preferred.
·  Flexible with scheduling and fully committed to a guest-first approach.
