POSITION SUMMARY

【 職位宗旨 】

負責督導及分配每日客房造型師工作樓層與營運。培訓所有客房造型師與個別諮詢輔導。

【 主要負責事項 】

1.值班時應穿著整齊戲服，並保持服裝儀容整潔。

2.負責管理客房造型師每日工作流程，依照飯店最高標準清潔、維護客房與走道，以確保顧客滿意度。

3.監督續住顧客及預抵達顧客客房清潔。

4.負責續住房、空房及樓層走道公共區域檢查。並在培訓人才時提出清潔、保養、備品，安全及維護的改善調整計畫。
