Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose of Role

Assist Assistant Security Manager in supervising all security issues within W Taipei premises. Fill in for other Security Team Leaders while they are on vacation or sick leave. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all W Taipei guests and Talent and protect hotel assets while performing the following duties.

Cast Key Responsibilities

1.Handover with previous shift.

2.Read log book for follow up tasks.

3.Assign duties to Post / Patrol and CCTV security Talent according to pre-arranged rosters.

4.Liaise with Engineering regarding false alarms.

5.Report to Assistant Security Manager on daily events.

6.Stand in and patrol Living Room, restaurants and surrounding areas.

7.Patrol guest floors according to roster schedules.

8.Check TV monitors on the CCTV Deck.

9.Carry out any other duties assigned by Assistant Security Manager.

10.Help with VIP arrivals per request.

11.Help with traffic flow in pubic area.

12.Record all events of the day in the log book.

13.Attend to hotel emergencies and accidents.

14.Monitor suspicious guests on the floors from CCTV Deck.

15.Guide ambulance to Talent entrance to pick up sick or injured guest or Talent.

16.Go with Welcome Desk Manager for opening in-room safe for guests.

17.Escort guests to police station for lost and found reports.

18.Help Human Resource with difficult Talent.

19.Follow up on outstanding keys not returned on time by Talent.

職位宗旨

協助安全副理處理所有有關台北W飯店資產的安全議題。當其他安全主任休假或生病時代理職務,並確保所有台北W飯店顧客 / 人才的安全及飯店資產安全;同時履行下列職責。

主要負責事項

1.與上一班進行交接。

2.查看日誌並跟進交待事項。

3.在執勤前根據值勤表分配巡邏、監控勤務。

4.警報誤報時與工程部聯絡相關事宜。

5.向副理報告今天發生事件。

6.留守Living Room;巡邏Living Room、餐廳及附近公共區域。

7.依據時間表到客房樓層巡邏。

8.確認監視影像有顯示在CCTV上。

9.執行副理指示的任務。

10.協助VIP房客蒞臨相關事宜。

11.協助控管車道車輛及車流。

12.將每天發生事件記錄在工作紀錄簿裡。

13.參與飯店危機事件和緊急事故處理。

14.從CCTV監視飯店內的可疑人士。

15.引導救護車從人才出入口運送受傷的顧客或人才。

16.陪同迎賓櫃檯經理到客房內開保險箱。

17.到迎賓櫃檯接送生病或受傷的客人及人才。

18.護送客人到警局辦理失物招領事項。

19.協助人力資源部處理人才相關事項。

20.追蹤人才是否有按時歸還借出的鑰匙。
