Job description
Purpose of Role
Responsible for handling table reservations and effectively control of guest flow. Provide a warm and friendly welcome / farewell to guests, lead and seating them at the table and answer the telephone.
Responsibly Description
-Provide a warm and friendly welcome / farewell to all guests per restaurant service standards.
-Answer all restaurant incoming calls, answer questions, take and confirm reservations.
-Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.
-Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed
-Manage reservation in TMS (Table Management System)
