POSITION SUMMARY

【 Purpose of Role 】

Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of venues daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.

【 Cast Key Responsibilities 】

1.Supervise and inspect venues opening and close duties. 

2.Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.

3.Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest request.

4.Assist in training needs identification and training plan development.

5.Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed

6.Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of their performance.

1.監督、檢查宴會廳開放和關閉工作。

2.分配人才職責並列出分配表。

4.協助培訓、發展培訓計畫。

5.訓練新人、輔導培訓以確保高水準的服務品質。

6.激勵人才、展現優異的表現,遵守紀律並成為模範。
