Job Summary: The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee and support all aspects of HR operations by working closely with HR generalist, Training Manager and Director of Human Resources, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, general administration, hygiene and safety practices, onboarding support, and employee inquiries. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment:
· Manage applications by complying data privacy
· Communicate with applicants to schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
· Taking charge of any recruitment event and activities
· Compensation and Benefits:
· Assist the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Assist data input and verification of salary surveys, attendance record for the payroll payout
· General Administration:
· Maintain employee records and HR databases.
· Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation.
· Coordinate HR projects and initiatives.
· Hygiene and Safety Practices:
· Develop and enforce workplace hygiene and safety policies.
· Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
· Provide training and resources to ensure a safe working environment.
· Onboarding Support:
· Assist Training manager to facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
· Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
· Provide ongoing support and resources to new employees.
· Employee Inquiries and Assistance:
· Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and concerns.
· Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Assist employees with various HR-related issues and requests.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of hands-on HR operation experience is required
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Experience to handle HR related project
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
