ポジション概要

Engineering Supervisorとして、ホテルの施設・設備の維持管理、予防保全、安全管理、法令遵守を担当していただきます。

ホテル内の設備を適切に管理し、 お客様に安全で快適な滞在環境を提供すること が重要な役割です。
また、エンジニアリングチームの運営、設備改善、修繕・改装、エネルギー管理など、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

主な業務内容

【施設・設備管理】

·  Chief Engineerのサポートおよびエンジニアリング部門の運営
·  ホテル内の建物・設備・敷地の維持管理
·  空調（HVAC）、電気、給排水、冷凍・冷蔵、水処理設備等の保守・点検
·  客室、レストラン、共用エリア、バックオフィス等の設備管理
·  予防保全および定期点検の実施・管理
·  設備トラブル発生時の原因確認・対応・改善
·  修繕、改装、設備更新プロジェクトのサポート
·  業者との調整および施工管理
·  部品・設備・備品の在庫管理、発注

【安全・法令遵守】

·  消防・防災設備、警報設備等の維持管理
·  建築設備・消防設備等に関する法令・安全基準の管理
·  エネルギー使用状況の管理および省エネ活動の推進
·  行政機関、消防署、協力会社との連携
·  緊急時の施設対応および防災体制のサポート

【チーム・ホテル運営】

·  エンジニアリングスタッフへの指導・教育
·  他部署と連携したホテル全体の運営サポート
·  客室・共用エリアの定期確認
·  ゲストが快適に過ごせる環境づくり
·  サービス・設備品質向上に向けた改善提案

応募資格

【必須条件】

·  高等学校卒業以上
·  以下のいずれかに該当する方
·  ホテル、商業施設、ビル等での設備・施設管理経験2年以上
·  建築、建設、機械、電気、設備工学等の関連分野を専攻した専門学校・短期大学・大学卒業者
·  HVAC、給排水、電気設備等に関する基本的な知識
·  基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、メール等）

【歓迎条件】

·  ホテルでの設備管理経験
·  第二種電気工事士、消防設備士、ボイラー技士、冷凍機械責任者等の資格
·  修繕・改装・設備更新プロジェクトの経験
