Stores & Receiving Senior Officer

Job description
We are looking for a Stores and Receiving Senior Officer who will supervise receiving operations, lead a dynamic team, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise the receiving team to ensure precise and timely handling of incoming shipments.
· Implement best practices for inventory management and receiving operations to enhance productivity and minimize errors.
· Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics teams to prioritize and schedule incoming shipments according to business needs.
· Monitor and analyze receiving performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action.
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining accurate records of all received items.
· Train and mentor receiving staff on operational protocols, safety, and best practices
· Work closely with Accounts Payable and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies or disputes.
Key Requirements:
· Diploma in Finance, or related field.
· Proven experience in receiving, stores management, or logistics operations.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of inventory management systems and standard receiving procedures.
· Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
· Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji.
