POSITION SUMMARY

【 職位宗旨 】

協助編列及製定預算，這個職責直接影響部門的利潤，因此必須高標準的控制及關注。控制化學藥劑品和營業器皿控管。協助行政總廚及餐務經理對日常的基礎工作。

【 主要負責事項 】

1.管理廚房物品的簽收和保管。

2.負責管理營業器皿倉庫進出貨控管。

3.控制所有的瓷器、玻璃器具、餐具及不銹鋼用品並建立庫存量。

4.負責化學藥劑及清潔用具、品倉庫進出貨控管。
