POSITION SUMMARY
The Store Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management, control, and organization of engineering stores, tools, plant-related inventory, and materials flow, including sub-stores and offsite storage locations. The role ensures accurate inventory control, operational readiness, procurement support, safety compliance, and full accountability of all engineering materials and equipment.
Key responsibilities include and are not limited to:
· stores & sub-stores management
· inventory control and stock management
· goods receiving and inspection
· procurement and market awareness
· documentation, reporting and analysis
· safety and compliance
· coding, labelling and system control
· coordination and team support
In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following criteria:
possess a valid driving license to operate company van for transporting materials
proficient in verbal and written English communication
proficiency in the use of computer
