Who we are looking for...

Shining glasses, mirror-like cutlery and tip-top clean dishes - that's standard for us, because you're responsible for them! You have a talent for order and always keep track - whether dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots or cooking utensils. You know exactly where to find what ,how much we have and what we need. 

What your responsibilities are...

·  You are responsible for the daily cleaning of all black & white ware in all service periods (glasses, cutlery, dishes, pots, cooking utensils, buffet equipment,....)
·  You are responsible for the correct storage and inventory of the black & white dishes
·  In your department there is little breakage, because you know exactly how the items have to be stored and transported and you pass this knowledge on to others
·  You organize the daily kitchen cleaning of the main & banquet kitchens as well as the satellite kitchens
·  You are jointly responsible for cleanliness and maintenance according to HAACP guidelines
·  As a true team player, you enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to help others.

·  You already have solid experience in the field of stewarding
·  Your motivation is accompanied by your professionalism and your structure-conscious way of working
·  Your strong sense of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do.
·  Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
·  You speak English and/or German
·  You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
