PRESENTATION :

Le Paris Marriott Rive Gauche a rouvert ses portes et est à la recherche de ses nouveaux Superviseurs des Services de Restauration!

Nous voulons créer une équipe dynamique, engagée et qui cumulera les réussites!

Partir de zéro (ou presque), repenser tous les process afin d’optimiser et d’améliorer le travail au quotidien, participer activement à mettre en place toutes ces nouvelles idées et préparer l’arrivée de l’équipe grandissante. Voici un aperçu de ce qui vous attend!

Ouvrir un hôtel est une grande aventure surtout lorsque celui-ci a une belle histoire à raconter dans sa Rive Gauche de toujours.

 

RESUME DU POSTE :

La / le Stagiaire Direction Restauration assiste le Directeur de la Restauration dans toutes les tâches opérationnelles.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

·  Effectuer la mise en place de la salle selon les consignes de l'entreprise
·  Accueillir, installer et prendre congés du client
·  Assurer le service des mets
·  Assurer le service des boissons
·  Synchroniser le service sur plusieurs tables
·  Débarrasser correctement les tables pendant et après le service
·  Assurer le fonctionnement de l'office
·  Effectuer les tâches de nettoyages des locaux, du mobilier et du matériel

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

·  Sens de la discrétion et intégrité;
·  Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office Microsoft, PMS Opéra);
·  Compétences organisationnelles;
·  Anglais professionnel exigé.
