Tirocinio in Direzione Risorse Umane 

Per gli iconici hotel Marriott a Porto Cervo, ricerchiamo 1 tirocinante da introdurre alle attività della Direzione Risorse Umane di un’azienda alberghiera di grandi dimensioni. La risorsa selezionata approfondirà in particolare le attività relative all’ambito del recruiting dei collaboratori: pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro, screening delle candidature e gestione del relativo database, affiancamento nello svolgimento dei colloqui di selezione e partecipazione alle attività di onboarding e formazione dei dipendenti.

Requisiti : 

Interesse verso il settore Risorse Umane, buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), ottime doti organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio, buona conoscenza dell’inglese (almeno B2).
