Job Summary

The hallmark from the St. Regis is based on the service. The butlers provide a service that is the unique selling point of this hotel. Therefore it is a need that the butlers are well trained to serve the guest at the utmost level. The 24-hour personal butler service takes care of all the guest's needs and request. Butler service shall be professional, courteous, highly personalized, discreet and welcoming. Butler shall assist the guest throughout the stay and act as a “personal assistant' to the guests. A butler should be pro-active, be one step ahead of the guest. The butler is the primary liaison between the guest and all other hotel services, and ensures that all guest requests are properly and consistently delivered.
