Qualifications :

Handle account management aspects for the Property Support Services program. Represent properties in the customer engagement center and support Select Service properties in all interactions with the customer engagement center. Field inquiries and manage issue resolution for a variety of Select Service properties. Manage the onboarding of new properties to the Property Support Services program. Consider, apply, and communicate policies and procedures when speaking with the hotel staff or sales associates. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Maintain a good relationship with hotel contacts to ensure matters of concern or issues can be corrected in a timely manner with professional courtesy.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
