Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Marketing, Brand, and Customer Experience organization on implementation of demand generation strategies. Responsible for executing digital marketing activities as assigned based on key initiatives and strategies. Verifies that all activities are in alignment to provide the support needed for successful implementation of the marketing plans across the region. Manages the daily activities for social media channels. Role also manages active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by monitoring online conversations. Participates in online conversations to build brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and marketing/ecommerce support. Establishes a positive online presence for the home rental properties by integrating property-specific and brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way for participants. Provides measurement of the impact of online presence to home rental business results. Generates reports and analytics on current trends and marketing performance.
Assist management in training and motivating associates; serve as a role model. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other associates. Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None
