W Hotels are redefining the concept of a SPA destination, offering a place where the atmosphere is one of decompression and where treatments are always a pleasure. 

As Head Therapist, you will support the Spa Director in her daily tasks. 

A true chameleon of the spa and wellbeing world, you will be involved in training Talent, supervising the team, managing schedules and increasing the spa's income. 

You will also be responsible for receiving and optimising booking slots. 

You will stimulate customers' curiosity about the Spa's treatments and à la carte products and position yourself as a salesperson. 

You'll be responsible for welcoming customers and making appointments in line with W Verbier standards, preparing the treatment room and keeping the spa and rooms clean. 

  

PROFILE 

Outgoing, cheerful, a good listener, helpful and available. 

Fluent in French and English 

Enjoy working in an international and adventurous team 

Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image 

BTS// CFC Aesthetics/ cosmetics or equivalent 

You are highly motivated 

Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience. 

Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
