POSITION SUMMARY 

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. This role involves managing staff, coordinating treatments, and performing spa services as needed. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a passion for wellness, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing top-quality treatments.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

·  Supervise spa staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and receptionists, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
·  Perform various spa treatments, such as massages, facials, and body treatments, following hotel standards.
·  Train and mentor spa employees to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
·  Maximize Spa revenue and profit by delivering quality products and service and utilize targets and commission structures.
·  Monitor appointment schedules and optimize therapist utilization.
·  Maintain spa cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
·  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
·  Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking spa products.
·  Support marketing initiatives and promotions to increase spa bookings and revenue.
·  Prepare reports on spa performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

·  Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
·  Previous experience in a spa supervisory role or similar hospitality environment.
·  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
·  Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
