Qualifications :

We are looking for a Spa Ambassador with minimum two (2) years of experience in front desk or front-facing guest experience ideally in a hotel, spa or other beauty setting. The successful candidate will provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of lounge area and hospitality stations, offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows, and answer questions about general property information and amenities, therefore the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be friendly and service-oriented. The Spa Ambassador will maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker room, and lounge areas, escort guests to and from treatment rooms and have strong computer skills to make client bookings, check for updates and changes to schedule regularly, and handle closing of guest bills. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be proactive and able to multitask. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
