The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This advanced role is designed for a high-performing sales professional ready to take the next step in leadership. You will play a key role in driving revenue, supporting the Director of Sales, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and catering team.
This position goes beyond traditional sales—you will help shape strategy, mentor team members, and serve as a vital liaison between clients and hotel operations.
What You’ll Do
· Proactively generate new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts and market segments
· Support the Director of Sales in overseeing sales and catering efforts, including coaching and team development
· Lead client relationships from prospecting through post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service
· Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute group events, meetings, and functions
· Accurately forecast group rooms and F&B revenue and contribute to strategic revenue planning
· Conduct site tours, client meetings, and sales calls to achieve and exceed revenue goals
· Utilize systems such as Delphi and other sales platforms to manage accounts and track performance
· Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and reporting to align with property and company goals
· Serve as a leader within the team by fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and service-driven culture
What We’re Looking For
· 3–5+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably with group and/or corporate segments
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members
· Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
· Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
· Experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, etc.) preferred
· Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
