JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, L+D Delivery is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all L+D programs including foundational programs, brand service culture, talent development programs, and new build support for Greater China. This position requires dynamic facilitation and classroom management capabilities as well as vILT experience. The role provides an exceptional experience for participants through professional, energetic and enthusiastic program delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
· Minimum 3 years in a senior training management role is essential.
· An operations background will be an added advantage.
· Strong proficiency in reading, written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
· Has mastered skills in facilitation, training and presentation including vILT.
Preferred
· University degree in Hotel or Business Management preferred.
· High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement in conjunction with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
· Thinks strategically and demonstrates connectivity with training strategy and overall human resources goals.
· Business Acumen – demonstrates a solid understanding of the business based on own experience.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
· Professional facilitation of a broad range of programs which include participants from all levels of the organization including property and above property Senior Leadership. Programs includes Core Foundational Programs (i.e. Enroute); Brand Talent Programs; Talent Programs.
· A minimum of 70% of their time is spent training – ILT or vILT.
· Provide feedback to training programs (broad range of programs) on a needed basic and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the company needs.
· Evaluate the impact of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
· Evaluate the Core Foundational Programs by tracking participation rates and assessing program performance.
· Offer constructive feedback to L&D leadership team based on program evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with Learning & Development Managers of each region to identify and address learning and development needs.
· Monitor the performance of IMTN facilitators on a regular basis. Complete IMTN Assessments as directed.
· Provide feedback to facilitators to ensure consistency of program delivery.
· Provide consistent, relevant and timely information to senior leaders, ensuring all reporting requirements are achieved within designated time frames.
