Job Responsibilities:
· Provide sales administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team and secretarial support to the General Manager
· Handle all internal and/or external parties for necessary follow up actions or queries related to Sales & Marketing.
· Coordinate and compile reports for General Manager's review and/or for submission.
· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls facilitated by the General Manager and Executive Committee members.
· Taking minutes of meeting for meetings facilitated by the General Manager/ Executive Committee members and ensuring follow up action is carried out.
· Handle VIP accommodation/restaurant reservations booked through the Executive Office and ensure appropriate amenities for VIP is in place and follow up.
· Answering all inquiries professionally and accurately and respond to requests efficiently and promptly manner.
· Assist the General Manager in responding to all relevant feedback promptly and follow up on feedback with the relevant departments and response to the party concern according.
· Any other duties as assigned by General Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Hotel Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience in similar capacity.
· Secretarial accreditation preferred.
