JOB SUMMARY

Effectively and efficiently manages the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment. Runs daily standups, collaborates on requirement documentation, and unblocks barriers to keep the team moving. Coaches and collaborates with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, other Scrum Masters to foster decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensures objectives match capacity so that team commitments can be achieved.  Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and guide the development of agile capabilities in the Global Technology organization and across Marriott’s portfolio of products.
