Our ideal Sales & Marketing Coordinator

What we're looking for
· Positive outlook and outgoing personality as well as a team first attitude
· Excellent administrator, organisational and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail as well as problem solving skills
· Knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards

As our new Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for:

· Administration of departmental invoices and matching to expenditure statements
· Ordering of controllable goods such as stationery, hotel collateral and give-aways
· Assisting with pulling daily, weekly and monthly reports to support department performance and sales lead generation
· Assisting with Customer Site Inspections / FAM trip preparation
· Supporting with Marketing & Communications
