Job Summary

Prepares reports and other communication for Director of Sales. Coordinates with and assist the Director of Sales on Hotel Sales-related matters. Records, prepares and publishes the minutes of the Sales Team Meetings/Briefings and follows up results thereof as required. Establishes and maintains an efficient logging system to keep track of all incoming and outgoing reports, records and documents of the Sales Team. Establishes and maintain accurate database system.Keeps track of meetings, schedules, appointments, etc. of the Director of Sales. Liaises for sales collateral requisition and maintains sufficient stock for the Sales Team. Prepares proposals and contracts as required under direction of the Sales Team. Carries out special assignments and projects, and other tasks, as may be assigned by Director of Sales.

Job Requirement

·  Frequent travel may be required
·  University Graduated
·  Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese & English- 2 years or above working in international chain hotel similar position is a must
·  Sound experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
·  Hands on experience of Opera & Delphi/ISAC system.
·  Proven knowledge of Travel Trade / MICE Industry
·  Strong Knowledge of market trends and initiatives.
·  Mature organizational and time management skills.
·  Ability in meeting sales targets.
·  Ability to work independently and as a team.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Proven customer service experience
