The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Are you a sales talent with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for working with people? Then we’re looking for you – a compassionate, motivated, and well-organized Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our hotel team in Berlin!

Your future tasks:
Handling group inquiries (from 10 rooms) – from the first contact to final contract, including tailored offers, presentations, and contracts for leisure and corporate clients
Negotiating group and event bookings to secure profitable business deals
Ensuring optimal occupancy in both the leisure and corporate segments – in close collaboration with relevant departments
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional services
Achieving individual and team targets to support the commercial success of the hotel
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing business partners
Planning, preparing, and implementing sales-boosting initiatives
Conducting regular market and competitor analyses in the leisure and corporate segments
Contributing creative and innovative ideas
Monitoring relevant KPIs and identifying risks early
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proven experience in leisure sales and handling contracts independently
Experience with the Marriott system or brand
Strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with Opera is a plus, but not a must
Your own Babbel license to improve your language skills
