Job Requirements 

Main responsibilities:

Detect and manage new sales opportunities, as well as build strong relationships with potential customers, identify sales opportunities and close deals to drive company revenue.

Maintain effective relationships with current clients while building new connections with different prospects. Manage the monitoring of quotes delivered to clients and identify competitors and manage actions that allow us to position ourselves as a leading hotel brand. Permanent monitoring of business results.

Additionally, you must be willing to work as a team and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting objectives.

Requirements:

Professional Hotel and/or Tourism Administration Commercial Engineering.

Knowledge of the market and segments, minimum 5 years in sales in the Hotel/Tourism industry, experience in sales management (attraction, prospecting, visits, opening of new clients, demonstrable client portfolio). (Exclusive)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with clients Orientation to achieve objectives and ability to work under pressure Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques Proactive person, with initiative and self-confidence

Experience working with CRM, Excel, PMS OPERA. Own mobilization Residence in Santiago Availability to travel within Chile In-person work modality
