ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales Executive, you’ll be the powerhouse behind our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and local catering business. You’ll also be the go-to expert for the entertainment industry and group travel, forging strong relationships with promoters, tour managers, and travel management companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to)

·  Proactively sourcing and converting new business opportunities
·  Quoting, contracting, and managing client relationships
·  Respond and acknowledge all allocated incoming enquiries and send a formal proposal within 24 hours – for MICE, Local Catering and Entertainment business as required 
·  Lead memorable and tailor-made Insider Tours and Client Entertainment
·  Owning the entertainment and group travel segments
·  Collaborating with operations and our iconic W Insider for flawless execution
·  Respond and acknowledge all incoming enquiries and send a formal proposal within 24 hours
·  Conduct post-event follow-up calls to prospect for repeat bookings
·  Driving revenue across rooms, B&F, events, spa, and more

ABOUT YOU

·  Minimum one-two years’ experience in a hotel environment 
·  A passion for sales, events, and hospitality
·  A proven track record in business development or sales (hospitality experience a plus!)
·  Strong relationship-building skills and a flair for negotiation
·  A collaborative spirit and a drive to exceed targets
·  A love for fast-paced, high-energy environments
·  Possess excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a high attention to detail.
