Position Summary:

·  Join our Ladies and Gentlemen & support the sales team in securing group & catering opportunities for the RCM
·  Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements, focusing on attention to detail, high efficiency, exceptional time management skill  
·  Assist the team to coordinate hotel walk-through & inspections with a focus on conversion and providing guests with everything they need
·  Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving guest loyalty by creating unforgettable memories through each guest experience
·  Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on group & catering opportunities  
·  Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
·  Be a Ritz Carlton ambassador and embody our exceptional service values

About You:
