Rooms Trainee - W Barcelona

Job description

Are you ready to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry? W Barcelona is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Rooms Department, covering Housekeeping and Front Office, for a 6-month internship starting in February.

What You’ll Do:

·  Assist in the daily management of Housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless.
·  Collaborate with the Front Office team in welcoming and assisting guests, providing exceptional service.
·  Help coordinate tasks between Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
·  Participate in inventory management and cleaning supply logistics.
·  Support in handling guest complaints and requests.

What We’re Looking For:

·  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
·  A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
