The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Bennett Hospitality Managment, LLC., based out of Charleston, SC, is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Area Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Management team. This role is responsible for optimizing hotel room revenue and profitability across a portfolio of Marriott properties by using strategic analysis, pricing, and inventory control. The Area Revenue Manager leverages advanced analytical skills and Marriott’s tools and systems to support hotel teams in achieving optimal business performance in all market conditions.

Core Responsibilities
•    Drive incremental revenue and profitability by analyzing business performance, forecasting demand, and making data-informed strategic decisions.
•    Manage day-to-day yield operations across assigned properties, ensuring accurate rate and inventory optimization in Marriott systems.
•    Analyze booking pace, pick-up trends, forecast data, and key market indicators to identify revenue opportunities.
•    Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to hotel, Regional, and Corporate Leadership Teams, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
•    Oversee rate and inventory strategy implementation across all distribution channels, including Marriott.com, GDS, and OTA extranets.
•    Ensure content accuracy, availability management, and strategic room-type balancing across Marriott’s digital platforms.
•    Collaborate with hotel teams and Sales leaders on group block management including pickup, cut-off dates, attrition, and displacement analysis.
•    Monitor and enforce Marriott’s cancellation and no-show policies, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and documentation.
•    Support new rate plan loading, system audits, and test bookings to maintain pricing integrity and reservation accuracy.
•    Remain current on competitive landscape and market trends, using Marriott tools to benchmark performance and identify areas of opportunity.

Education and Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
•    Minimum 3 years of revenue management experience; multi-property or cluster role experience highly desirable.
•    Prior Marriott Revenue Management experience is a strong plus (e.g., systems like One Yield, MARSHA, MRDW, etc.).
Technical Skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
•    Familiarity with Marriott’s Revenue Management systems (One Yield 2.0, MARSHA, EMPOWER, etc.).
•    Experience with OTA platforms (e.g., Expedia Partner Central, Booking.com extranet).
•    Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, communicate clearly, and influence key stakeholders.
Leadership Competencies
•    Strong analytical thinker with a high attention to detail and process.
•    Collaborative and effective communicator, able to influence cross-functional teams.
•    Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
