Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading data-driven initiatives to optimize revenue performance across the cluster. This includes managing data collection and reporting processes, conducting in-depth analyses, and supporting strategic decision-making through actionable insights. The position also plays a key role in inventory management, system maintenance, and the implementation of sales strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Data & Reporting
•    Lead efforts in data collection, cleaning, and structuring for analysis.
•    Develop and maintain automated data collection and reporting processes.
•    Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all reports.
•    Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
•    Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.
•    Continuously enhance analytical and reporting processes, staying current with industry best practices.
•    Maintains and safekeeps all files and documents of the section.

Revenue Management
•    Analyze demand, rates, and revenue for rooms and function space across participating hotels.
•    Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and critiques of sales strategy effectiveness.
•    Utilize analytical tools and systems to maximize total hotel revenue and profit.
•    Manage rooms inventory to ensure optimal allocation and restriction for revenue maximization.
•    Ensure all rates, packages, eChannels, and sales strategy information are accurately built into hotel inventory systems.
•    Assist in preparing agendas, tracking critiques, conducting competitive analysis, and compiling supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.

System & Strategy Support
•    Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, ensuring rate parity across all distribution channels.
•    Support rate loading tasks to ensure timely availability of offers on hotel websites and third-party platforms.
•    Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for sales strategy meetings.
•    Generate and maintain Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary source for reporting and analytics.
•    Support system maintenance tasks including rate hurdles, demand forecasting, group updates, and daily system checks.
•    Assist in training new associates on revenue management tools and systems.
•    Contribute to the implementation of hotel sales strategies within reservation and inventory systems.
•    Generate new tools to increase efficiency for revenue management team
•    Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
•    Associate degree (2-year) in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in business, sales & marketing, or operations.
•    1–2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably across multiple industries.

Skills & Competencies
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel Power Pivot, Excel VBA, and SQL.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
